These are the Terms and Conditions of Services and Payment for Maltech-Africa Group, its Subsidiaries and all its Divisions.
Maltech Africa Terms and Conditions

D-U-N-S Number 933356652: is a Registered (TCSP) Trusts & Companies Service Provider ID: 65232 as a Business Entity with a Reporting Obligation in terms of Section 29 of the FIC Act. By Continuing with the process, accepting our quotes and receive invoice and or make a payment. You agree to our terms and conditions. Maltech Africa in part of Registrations is a Business facilitator (submits on behalf of another), therefore relies on the information provided with all the relevant bodies or departments the processes or requests to be engaged by a client. Maltech Africa will officially recognize Calls, WhatsApp, Facebook, and Emails as form of business communication. We do not issue multiple invoices on one client therefore the client must pay the full amount to acquire an invoice to avoid Sars problems and our internal challenges. If there are delays on delivery yet the client delayed in payment the installments we are not to blame. Maltech has the right to stop all processes because of lack or delay of payments. Because we work with third parties and pay government systems and departments, the client cannot reverse if so then they lose their paid fees. Partly deposit payments invokes the commencing of the process agreed. It is to the discretion of Maltech Africa to finish up or to wait on the full payment from the client to deliver the full package. Maltech will make sure that registrations, submissions and facilitation or drafting of your documents or applications are done smoothly removing all obstacles and making sure that our part of the process is done with efficiency. Maltech Africa does not have influence over any system or department therefore we cannot speed up the process in anyway. Our work is to make sure we submit and facilitate the process with efficiency knowing that the errors or delays are not on our part or that of the client. Expiring documents like BBBEE and Tax Clearance are only issues on the special request by the client even if paid for. This will be their advantage to make sure that they only get them when they need them instead of storing them while they expire. The delivery time frame we give is based on the government departments and bank system; therefore it’s subject to change without prior notice. Factors like systems down, Load shedding, Public holidays and weekends will affect without notice and should be prepared for. For the client to be able to receive quality services, Maltech from time to time will outsource its project works and involves third parties and freelancers who have their terms and conditions Handling, Processing and Facilitation fees are subject to change without prior notice to the client. Maltech-Africa, its employees, its third parties and outsourced agents are not liable of any misgivings, delays or errors caused by the system, slow processes by any government department, or banks. By accepting our quotes and invoices you agree to all terms and conditions of services that includes the use of your personal and business information in our systems and third parties. Our refund (in cash or service policy is 60 working days calculated Monday to Thursday. Maltech-Africa will apply for refund in the Department responsible and wait for their response. We cannot refund the client with our funds or from company funds. No refund on drafting of all Business documents. No refund if the client fails to provide full or accurate information. No refund on banking facilitation services. A consultation/ engagement fee from R550 to 1500 depending with the services offered will be deducted once the client withdraw or decided to stop Refund with conditions when the client chances mind after the process has started. A further 40% will be deducted if the client changes their mind, or if the process was disrupted by the delay of payments or the client not giving full information upon request. Some departments takes longer to refund therefore Maltech at its own discretion will refund in service not in cash in some cases e g. Sars, COIDA, Labor and all Zimbabwe services. Maltech has the right to use your information for reference or third-party services. Our data systems are accessible to third parties therefore your information can be shared to other parties. Most government delivery dates are as follows Sars (21 days on (VAT), Tax Clearance (24 hours), COIDA (60 days) Letter of good standing (14 days) and the rest are 14 days. However these times are usually very less than this yet Maltech will only use this and the maximum delivery time. The government departments can delay up to 6 months therefore it is entirely out of our hands. Amendments and system updates always take longer and can therefore not be controlled or anticipated Maltech does not give guarantees on work that will be done by any government department but will make sure that the submissions, facilitation are all done in order and with efficient and in time. These Terms and Conditions may change without notice and the client is responsible for understanding them and access them on our platforms.
Accepting our quotes and invoices you agree to all terms and conditions of services that includes the use of your personal and business information in our systems and third parties. Our refund (in cash or service policy is 60 working days calculated Monday to Thursday.
Promise To Pay Credit Terms and Conditions (PTP)
Identification and Registration The PTP system shall capture and securely store the passport or national ID details of all company directors, together with the company registration number. These particulars are linked to the payment reference number for verification and accountability purposes.
Payment Reference Linkage Each payment reference number is uniquely tied to the directors’ and company’s registered particulars. This ensures traceability of all transactions and obligations under these terms. Payment Obligations Payments must be made on or before the agreed due date. Failure to remit payment within the stipulated timeframe will constitute a breach of these credit terms. Consequences of Default Any delay, omission, or failure to pay on the agreed date will directly affect the directors and the company. Such default may result in:
Suspension of services or credit facilities.
Reporting of default status to relevant compliance or credit authorities is pucked automatiocally upon default.
Additional penalties, interest charges, or recovery actions as permitted by law.
Acknowledgment By buying one of our services thus entering into this agreement, the directors and the company acknowledge that their personal and corporate particulars are linked to payment obligations, and that non-compliance will have binding consequences.

We accept US$ AND ZAR on Payment. Payment can be made to our South Africa Bank Account, Mukuru (under R25 000) or PayPal Account. We Do not accept Crypto currency for now however if needs be we will use a third party for receiving the currency and you will be liable for the third-party fees for the process. "Due to changes in systems and currency value, the Payment is due within one (1) day from the date of invoice. After that all payments will be made on (COD) Failure to pay within this term will result in a late fee. Please mention the invoice number when processing payment. Any discrepancies should be reported within two (2) days of the invoice."
